Downtown Ventura Parking Plan that will make any free parking spot a minimum 10-minute walk to Main Street

By closing Main Street, the City eliminated its highest-earning parking meters. To cover this loss, the City now plans to expand paid parking. The closest free parking will be a ten minute walk to Main Street.
